Your Community is an exceptional place to own a home. The Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring that members comply with the Conditions and Restrictions that homeowners agreed to abide by at the time they purchased their home.

Trash Pick Up Days: Trash pick up days are Tuesday's. Please do not place your trash outside prior to the scheduled pick up day. Trash must be in appropriate containers and placed back in garages the evening of the pick up.

Mailbox Keys: Mailbox keys are to be obtained from Whelan Community Association Management @ 541.318.7064. WCAM will provide emergency copies at time and material costs.

Parking: Parking is allowed in designated parking areas only. Parking in non designated areas may incur sanctions.

Assessment Due Date: The Association assessments are due on the 1st of each month.

Assessment Late Date: The Association assessments are late on the 16th of the month.

Assessment Late Fee: All payments received after the late date are subject to additional late charges of $25.00. Interest of 1.5% will also be applied.

ARC Requirements: For changes or additions to the exterior of your unit, ARC applications must be submitted to WCAM and written approval must be recieved prior to addition or change.

Change of information: It is the responsibility of the homeowner to ensure that the Board of Directors or its managing agent is informed of any changes to contact information. In order to avoid possible sanctions, administrative fees, or other charges, please check that your correct address, emergency contact information, and property management information is correct.
